Office Nomads is housed on the second floor of the Heath Printing Building on Capitol Hill in Seattle. We worked with rockstar designers from Seattle-based Natural Balance to create a warm, funky, comfortable office atmosphere. Using the beautiful features of the space (natural light, exposed brick walls), we have carved out a space that feels comfortable yet professional. The space is designed to work for everything between bringing in your favorite client or your family dog.

Creating a functional space without making a big environmental impact was key for us. We sourced much of our furniture from reuse stores, and even built our own front desk and conference table from reclaimed lumber.

Amenities include:

  • 3 conference rooms
  • kitchen
  • 2 bathrooms
  • shower (great for bike commuters!)
  • cozy cafe area
  • various work areas to suit various work style

Henrik & Stella enjoy the natural light in the "nook."

We host rotating art work, changing work up seasonally and hosting open houses in conjunction with new art going up on the walls. Seasonal art is a goal for us - matching what is going on outside with the feeling we create inside is important. Are you a Capitol Hill artist looking for a spot to hang your work? Know someone who is looking for some great exposure? Let us know - we’re always looking for more art for our space.

For more photos of the space, please visit our flickr page and search around - there is much more to see! We are pretty proud of our space and are always excited to get suggestions on how to make it better.  Got an idea? E-mail us and let us know!
