Membership & Pricing

Becoming a member at Office Nomads means more than just having a desk to sit at each day. Our space is designed to re-connect independent workers to one another. Office Nomads encourages members to collaborate, learn from one another, and even work on projects together. We know there is incredible value in a space that keeps its focus on the people, not on the pricing plans. Therefore our membership plans are simple and designed to keep you focused on getting work done, not on whether you can afford to have another cup of coffee.

Office Nomads monthly membership plans are broken into three basic categories:

BASIC

3 days/month – $50

Less office time, no shortage of membership benefits. Drop in up to three times per month, and come in for additional drop-in days for $20/day. Basic membership is a great option for those coming in one day/week or less.

PART-TIME

5-15 days/month – $75-$225

Three flexible plans for the part-time Nomad.  Want to come in more than once per week but don’t need full-time access to the space? Pick from one of these three great plans and custom-craft a work schedule that works for you:

  • $75/month = 5 days/month
  • $150/month = 10 days/month
  • $225/month = 15 days/month

As a part timer, you can make your own schedule and spread your days out around the month! That way you can take advantage of nice weather when it comes, or hit the slopes when we get some powder, and still have a desk when you’re ready to work. Additional drop-in days are discounted at $20/day.

RESIDENT

24/7 access – $475 + deposit

Want to get rid of your home office and let your home just be your home again? All done with that commute and can get your employer to spring for office space? The Resident rate is the option for you. Come and go as you please (yep, that’s 24/7 access with electronic keycard) and set yourself up at your own dedicated desk. Bring your framed photos, bobble-head dolls and get settled in. Resident membership includes the business identity plan, which means you can register your business at our address as well as get your mail and packages here! Bring in coworkers to collaborate with using your 5 free drop-in passes per month. After that coworkers are just $20/day.

Want to get mail here too?

Business Identity Plan (members-only) – $35/month *new*

Add our business identity plan to your Basic or Part-Time membership and get the bonus of making Office Nomads your business address. Receive mail and packages, register your business here, and even hang your license on the wall.

Can’t commit to a monthly membership?

No problem!  Drop in anytime for $25/day. We’re open Monday – Friday between 8:30 and 6 and would be happy to see you.

FAQ

Still have questions? The best way to really understand is to come in and see the space.  As always, your first drop-in day is free – it’s the best way to get a feel of what working here is all about.

Here are some of the more frequently asked questions:

Do I need to make a reservation?

Nope, just come on in.

Can I just come to use a conference room?

We reserve our conference rooms for members only.  However, we’re open to having guests come and use our conference rooms from time to time.  For $250/day, you can have use of our main conference room (which fits approximately 16 people or so).  It comes complete with projector and screen, and is fully wired for power and internet.  Please call us to see if the date you’re interested is available.

How will I be billed?

Monthly members are billed on their anniversary date each month. Non-member drop-ins are billed twice monthly. You can pay via credit card, check, cash, or automatic withdrawal.

Do I need to bring my computer? Phone?

Yes and yes. Monthly members can have phone service connected to their desk and we have a variety of options available.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely. As long as your pooch plays well with others. ;)

Are you the only game in town?

Not by far! There are a number of spaces in and around Seattle and each one has it’s own unique style and structure.  In addition, many coworking spaces have banded together to form the Coworking Visa Program.  Being a member of one coworking space can enable you to drop into other coworking spaces around the world, free of charge.  You can see all the details by visiting the Coworking Visa Page on the wiki.

How do I keep up with all the exciting things going on at Office Nomads?

To receive updates and announcements is to join our mailing list. Also, be sure to become a fan of us on Facebook, and follow us on Twitter!

Is it “co-working” or “coworking”?

It’s coworking. Co-working is simply the act of working together where coworking is a new way of working. The international coworking movement has exploded in the past few years and we are happy to align ourselves with some truly amazing people. For the definitive explanation, check this out.
